Lately, oil and gas companies have been feeling the heat—not just from their flares but from regulatory fines too. With the rollout of OOOOb regulations, troubleshooting flares is more important than ever. We all know it can be a tricky task, but wouldn’t it be easier if it felt less like a chore and more like, well, a game?

Game overview - what you'll do:
- Turn the Flare On: Light it up! An unlit flare isn’t just an eyesore—it’s a safety and environmental risk. The game guides you through the process of safely igniting the flare, highlighting why it’s crucial to keep the flame burning.
- Method 22 Inspection: This quick, visual inspection helps you spot smoke emissions and stay compliant with environmental standards.
- Drain the Flare KO Drum: Liquids entering the flare are a common source of smoke. Draining the KO drum is a small but vital task to prevent smoking flares.
- Turn on the Blower: Discover how a little airflow can go a long way in reducing smoke, ensuring more efficient and cleaner combustion.
- Adjust the Back Pressure Valve: Fine-tune the valve to make sure you’re only flaring what’s necessary while capturing the rest—optimizing operations and minimizing waste.
Incorrect additional options: We’ve included a few extra choices that won’t affect the flare's smoking, adding a bit of challenge and helping users focus on what truly matters.
